I was excited to purchase a new car after 17 years. The sales rep Tarek was cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Although he is new on the job and a trainee, he tried his best to achieve a sale. On the other hand I am not very pleased with the management attitude. I felt like they didn't care about my business. I was very hurt and distressed by their below-average behaviour. I fully understand business but I don't accept disrespect.

Bought a brand new car with a scratch on the boot. I was told to come back on a certain day for the scratch to be resprayed. My wife took off work to drop the car off with me to be reprayed however KIA Croydon had somehow not booked the car in to be resprayed on the day they offered. We now have to wait another week to see when the car can be resprayed. No compensation offered for KIA not booking the respray on the day they offered or for my wife taking work off to drive me to KIA for the service.

I went to Kia to look at and test drive the 2023 Kia Carnival. I was attended by Jaime Tapia who had the patience to show me all the functions of the different models and was very honest in mentioning which functions do make a difference. After a while, I had no doubt about which model was the one that best suited our needs, so I did not hesitate to close the deal. Jaime guided us through the entire process with patience and showing a professional but honest attitude. Honestly, my wife and I were delighted with the service received. This is the third zero kilometer car that I have bought and this was the best experience I have had. I think that if Kia continues to hire sellers like Jaime, they will not have competition in the market. In addition, the excellent service provided during the purchase, I have received additional contact during the post-sale to find out if I had any problems or questions about the car, which leaves me even more satisfied. The car has worked perfectly and it is a cradle to drive, its functions are spectacular with state-of-the-art technology, I really couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Please, if you go to Phil Gilbert Kia, ask for Jaime and he will surely give you excellent service and deal .

Buying a car from Phil Gilbert Kia was a nice & pleasant experience, and Jason was very helpful. However, the financing service there (maybe from a different business) was a disappointment. They didn’t know what they were doing and it appears that they don’t want customers. We tried so hard to reach out to them and requested financing but they ignored us. When a customer has to reach out and chase for a product/ service from you then your customer service is so bad!

Jamie went above and beyond in giving us excellent customer service. He was patient and kept us up to date with the progress of purchasing our car. An honest and genuine person with our best interest at heart. We love our new Kia Sportage a truly luxe car. It was a pleasant positive experience dealing with Jamie. Thank you so much.

I would like to say, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car. Alain, who was my car dealer, adhered to all my requests, was polite, friendly and helped get me an amazing deal on my Stinger, answering all questions whilst managing to have the car delivered with in 2 weeks. As for Habi, the finance manager, was able to get me a 2% finance on the vehicle, approved within minutes, with amazing service and a friendly smile. You both deserve a pat on the back and will definitely be back. P.S LOVE THE CAR
